- December 2022 – Submitted Grant Application
- March 2023 – TAP Selection Committee awarded $48,000 in funding for Village Scoping Study project with a required local match of $12,000.
- June 2023 – Selectboard hires Rita Seto of TRORC as the Municipal Project Manager (MPM). At-the-Ready Consultant Selection process results in contract negotiations with Fuss & O’Neill
- September 2023 – Contract with Fuss & O’Neill fully executed. Scoping study is officially underway
- October 2023 – Scoping Kick Off meeting with MPM, Town, VTrans Municipal Assistance and Fuss and O’Neill
- November 2023 – Local Concerns Meeting hosted by the Selectboard at the Sharon Elementary School
