June 2023 – Selectboard hires Rita Seto of TRORC as the Municipal Project Manager (MPM). At-the-Ready Consultant Selection process results in contract negotiations with Fuss & O’Neill
September 2023 – Contract with Fuss & O’Neill fully executed. Scoping study is officially underway
October 2023 – Scoping Kick Off meeting with MPM, Town, VTrans Municipal Assistance and Fuss and O’Neill
November 2023 – Local Concerns Meeting hosted by the Selectboard at the Sharon Elementary School
