For more information regarding the duties and responsibilities of the Animal Control Officer, please contact the Selectboard Office 802-763-8268 ext. 4.
If you need to contact the Vermont Fish and Wildlife Department for wild animal concerns, please contact Sgt. Jeffrey Whipple at (802) 535-5220.
If you have an animal cruelty concern, you may bring it to the attention of the Animal Control Officer who can coordinate a response with a trained Human Officer as outlined by 13 VSA § 351 – 356. The Town of Sharon does not have an officer trained in animal cruelty response at this time.
