A public hearing before the Development Review Board (DRB) of the Town of Sharon, VT will be held in the Sharon Town Offices, 15 School Street, on Tuesday, June 13, 2023at approximately 7PM to consider the following:
Application by Robert Kebalka to install a sealed, concrete septic tank below ground within a regulated flood hazard area.
The parcel is located at 6316 VT Rte. 14 in Sharon; Parcel ID: N14130.R.
A site visit will begin at 6:30PM prior to the public hearing.
The site visit and public hearing are public meetings.
The public hearing will be held in compliance withVT Open Meeting Law requirements for remote meetings with electronic and telephonic participation.
Participation in these local proceedings is a prerequisite to the right to make any subsequent appeal as an abutter or interested party.
