A site visit will begin at 6:30PM prior to the public hearing. The site visit and public hearing are public meetings. The public hearing will be held in compliance withVT Open Meeting Law requirements for remote meetings with electronic and telephonic participation.Participation in these local proceedings is a prerequisite to the right to make any subsequent appeal as an abutter or interested party.
